Everything is changing so rapidly. Innovations remain innovations in a few time. So if you want to succeed , and make money with your interactive company you should be inventive. Don't forget that the customers are changing quickly too !
The time can be your best friend and your worst ennemy. You have to be faster than your competitors (or new competitors).
One advice : be immoral, don't use the traditionnal marketing rules. Don't be afraid to make low prices on the internet and destroy your own market that you had created before . For example The New York Times and others are publishing their entire daily newspapers on-line giving away most of the content. Other media follow the same way : TV channels and radio.
Consequently, readers, who buy the newspaper, will go on the website and get the information for free. Not only because they can read the news, but also because they have the oportunity to give their opinion and to participate.
That's why you have to communicate about it (with adverts and reports in the multimedia pages of the classic edition, for example).
A new business model has been created : giving your own traditional content for free and sell some customized ones.
