The customer must be the key and the main actor of your activity.

 

You have to give him as much information as possible.
The Internet is a good way to enhance the relationship between a company and its customers.
Indeed the internet permits to communicate and give away cheaply and widely.
That is to say the Internet is cheaper than a traditional communication plan and it offers a huge place to communicate about the company.

 

But not only !!

 

The internet must be a way to offer (sell) services. And in that process, customers and partners will feed back informations.
